Eligiblity Criteria

  1. For Class VI: The student should be passed class V examination from a school.
  2. For Class IX:The student should be passed class VIII examination from a school.
  3. For Class XI: The student should be passed class X examination from a recognized Board/ University with the required percentage.

  • The total amount of fees: Rs. 5000 without cycle stand.
  • With cycle stand: Rs.5000+300= Rs.5300.

  • Fees For Class-11

  • Normal fees for class-11 are Rs.6000 but you have to pay Rs.25,000 more.

Age Criteria for Exam 2022

Age on 31 March of the Year (as per class to which for admission is sought)

  1. For Class VI: Minimum 10 Years to 12 Years age, date of birth will not be before 30/09/2010 and after 30/09/2012
  2. For Class IX: Minimum 13 Years to 15 Years age, date of birth will not be before 30/09/2007 and after 30/09/2009
  3. For Class XI: date of birth will not be before 30/09/2002

Exam Pattern

  1. Mode of Exam: The Examination will be conducted through Offline mode, the question paper will be based on OMR School Entrance Test comprising of subjects in the selected.
  2. Question Types: The question type will be multiple choices, and applicants have to circle on the right answer.
  3. Subject Choice: The choice of subject combinations shall be granted strictly on the basis of merit in ‘SET’ and subject to the availability of seats in the subject/combinations.
  4. Required Scored: For opting Maths (Science, Commerce, Arts), a candidate must have scored above 50% marks or equivalent grade in Maths in Class X.

  1. For Class VI:The test question paper will be of class V standard comprising 100 MCQ of Subjects: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science and General Science.
  2. For Class IX: The test question paper will be of class VIII standard comprising 100 MCQ of Subjects: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science and General Science.
  3. For Class XI: The test question paper will be at class X standard comprising 100 MCQ of Subjects:
    1. For Maths Group: English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Gen. Studies.
    2. For Bio Group: English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Gen. Studies.

Medium of the question paper of the exam for admission to Class VI will be any one of the following languages, opted by the candidates in their application form: English and Hindi.
You can change any of the details that was earlier filled in in the exam from through the Correction Window at http://chbsbhu.in/ during the limited period. You can also upload the correct document/s through the correction window, in case there was an error in the documents you had earlier uploaded. No correction can be carried out either through email or fax or letter. Please read the Information Bulletin and check the website for updates.
Extra payment, if any, made by you will be refunded to you, soon after the closure of the correction window, after fee reconciliation. In case you do not receive the refund as stated above, you may write to us at http://chbsbhu.in/ stating your application number, name, transaction reference number, date of the transaction, name of the bank/payment gateway through which payment was made.
On the log in screen of the portal, http://chbsbhu.in/ click the “forgot application number” button and follow the procedure give there. You will get your application number

CONDUCT OF EXAM RELATED



The admit card will be uploaded on website http://chbsbhu.in/ as per the announcement on website. Candidates need to check the admit card carefully for all particulars e.g. Roll No. Name, Medium, Date of Birth, Gender, Examination City/Centre, Date and time of the exam, Category, etc
Admit Card contains a Declaration cum Undertaking regarding COVID 19. You are required to affix your photograph and left hand thumb impression at the foot of the Declaration/Undertaking and also get the signature of your parent affixed at the space provided, before reaching the centre. You will be required to sign on the admit card in the presence of the Invigilator at the exam centre and also submit the same to the Invigilator after the exam.
    You are permitted to carry, only the following items to the test centre:
  • Pen (Black/Blue)
  • Personal transparent water bottle (500 ml)
  • Admit Card along with Self-Declaration (Undertaking) duly filled in and photo affixed.
  • Valid ID cards
  • Class VI:
    For those who opted for English or Hindi, the question paper will be in English and in Hindi.
    For those who opted for any of the specified languages, the question paper will be in the specified language and in English.
    In case of any discrepancy or error in a question (other than those in the Language Section of the Class VI paper), in the version of the paper in the opted language, English version shall prevail
