Scholarship Test 2024 Registration Process

Candidate will have to submit the application form online and deposit fees of Rs.10,000/- for ambala branch, Rs 10,000/-for patiala branch and Rs 10,000/- for Yamunanagar branch for test which is non-refundable amount (Registration fees includes 15 Book set)
Candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully and go through the instruction regarding filling up of online application form available on school website.
Candidates must ensure e-mail address and mobile number provided in the online application form are their own or that of their parents as all information/communication will be sent by School through e-mail on the given e-mail address or SMS on given Mobile number.

13.What are the details that I can correct through the Correction Window?

You can change any of the details that was earlier filled in the exam from through the Correction Window at https://www.careerdefenceschool.com/admission/index.php during the limited period. You can also upload the correct document/s through the correction window, in case there was an error in the documents you had earlier uploaded. No correction can be carried out either through email or fax or letter. Please read the Information Bulletin and check the website for updates.

14.I have made double/excess payment of fee. When do I get refund?

Extra payment, if any, made by you will be refunded to you, soon after the closure of the correction window, after fee reconciliation. In case you do not receive the refund as stated above, you may write to us at https://www.careerdefenceschool.com/admission/index.php stating your application number, name, transaction reference number, date of the transaction, name of the bank/payment gateway through which payment was made.

15.I have forgotten my application number. How do I get it?

The admit card will be uploaded on website https://www.careerdefenceschool.com/admission/index.php as per the announcement on website. Candidates need to check the admit card carefully for all particulars e.g. Roll No. Name, Medium, Date of Birth, Gender, Examination City/Centre, Date and time of the exam, Category, etc

17.If I do not get my Admit Card, whom should I contact?

No, you will not be allowed to change your exam city once admit card has been issued.

21.Am I required to affix my photography on the Admit Card?
क्या मुझे एडमिट कार्ड पर अपनी फोटोग्राफी चिपकानी होगी?

No. You are not required to affix any photograph on the attendance register.

22.What is the reporting time at the exam centre?
परीक्षा केंद्र पर रिपोर्टिंग का समय क्या है?

23.What is the latest (last) time for entry into the exam centre?
परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश के लिए नवीनतम (अंतिम) समय क्या है?

GGate closing time will be 10:00am . Candidates will not be allowed entry to the exam centre after that time.

24.Can I leave the test hall, if I complete the test before time?
यदि मैं समय से पहले परीक्षा पूरी कर लेता हूँ तो क्या मैं परीक्षा कक्ष छोड़ सकता हूँ?

No. You cannot leave the test hall until the test concludes and the invigilator allows you to go.

25.What are the items which are permitted inside the test hall?

You are permitted to carry, only the following items to the test centre:

Pen (Black/Blue)

Personal transparent water bottle (500 ml)

Admit Card along with Self-Declaration (Undertaking) duly filled in and photo affixed.

Valid ID cards

26.Will I be given fresh mask at the test centre?

Yes. You are required to wear the mask given at the test centre during the test.

27.Should I carry some blank sheets to the exam centre for doing rough work?

No. You can do the rough work in the space provided in the test booklet.

28.Should I carry a calculator?

29.If I commit an error in writing my roll number on my OMR answer sheet, what should I do? How do I correct it?

You should be careful while filling the details on your OMR answer sheet. In case you commit an error in writing the details, inform the invigilator in the room. However, the OMR answer sheet will not be replaced.
