Class 6: 1 April 2010 - 31 March 2012
Class 7: 1 April 2009- 31 March 2011
Class 8: 1 April 2008 - 31 March 2010
Class 9: 1 April 2007 - 31 March 2009
Class 11: 1 April 2005 - 31 March 2007


Reservation of Seats 80% of the seats in class IV are reserved for the children whose parents/guardians are residents of Haryana and 20% seats reserved for Non-haryana residents. Reservation of seats will be strictly in accordance with the Government orders.

Documents Required :

The following documents are to be submitted by candidates on passing of PESAT and Written Test:
(a) Certificate of proof of Date of Birth.
(b) Recent Residence Certificate in the name of father / grand father of the child if parents have mentioned in the Application Form that they are residents of Haryana. People of other states need not send this certificate. Residence certificate in the name of child is not acceptable.
(c) Any other certificate as per requirement of Application Form i.e. ESM / Defence Personnel / SC / OBC (A) / OBC (B) / Certificate of adoption, Freedom Fighter etc.
(d) In the case of children from Haryana the onus of submitting an authentic proof of the date of birth of the candidate and a copy of the certificate of residence shall rest with the parent(s) and if at any stage it is proved that the statements made by the parents regarding candidate's date of birth and place of residence, school, class, domicile, category, etc, is wrong, the child shall be debarred from admission or discharged forthwith.

Physical Efficiency and Sports Aptitude Test (PESAT) and Game Specific Talent Test :

The Physical Efficiency and Sports Aptitude Test for class IV & Outstanding Sport Person category in classes IV to IX & XI will be conducted at Rai only in the following format:
1. 30 meter flying Start
2.S.B. Jump (cm)
3. Medicine Ball Put upto 10 yrs 1 kg (above 10 yrs 2 kg meters)
4. 6x10 m Shuttle Run (Sec.)
5.Forward Bend & Reach (cm)
6.S.V. Jump (cm.)
7.800 M. run (min. sec)
8.Game specific talent test.
If candidate qualifies PESAT (cut off will be decided, based on threshold of merit of PESAT), then he/she will be called for Written Test (qualifying marks for the test will be 40% in each subject).

Written Test For Class IV :

There will be a written test for all eligible candidates i.e. who are studying in or have passed Class Ill. The Written Test will have the following subjects (Papers):-

The general standard prevalent in class Ill of any good school in the country particularly in the State of Haryana will form the basis of these tests. The admit card will be uploaded on website https://www.magusjobs.com/ as per the announcement on website. Candidates need to check the admit card carefully for all particulars e.g. Roll No. Name, Medium, Date of Birth, Gender, Examination City/Centre, Date and time of the exam, Category, etc
Admit Card contains a Declaration cum Undertaking regarding COVID 19. You are required to affix your photograph and left hand thumb impression at the foot of the Declaration/Undertaking and also get the signature of your parent affixed at the space provided, before reaching the centre. You will be required to sign on the admit card in the presence of the Invigilator at the exam centre and also submit the same to the Invigilator after the exam.
    You are permitted to carry, only the following items to the test centre:

  • Personal transparent water bottle (500 ml)
  • Admit Card along with Self-Declaration (Undertaking) duly filled in and photo affixed.
