Procedure for Filling of Career Defence School Online Application form
- Upload the latest color photo, signature and Aadhar card of the student on the entry form at the designated place.
- fill student's full name.
- Write the same class in the admission form in which to take admission.
- Parents fill his current mobile number and his current address.
- Fill student's father's full name, qualification, age, occupation, annual income and mobile number.
- Fill student's mother's full name, qualification, age, occupation, annual income and mobile number.
- After applying online your registration number And password will be generated. You can login on the career defence school website using your registration number and password to complete your application and online payment. For further processing of the online application form, you should keep the registration number and password with you such as taking a coloured print out of the confirmation page and downloading the office admit card, etc.
- If the student gives incorrect information in the form, his admission will be canceled.
- I/ We understand that registration of our child is no guarantee of admission to the school. I/We fully agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the school. I /We agree that the full term fee would be charged for admission during the session and that no fee is refundable even if I/we withdraw our ward from school/hostel during the session.
- I /We also agree to deposit the fee as per the scheduled time else pay penalty or face consequences decided by the school.
- I/We agree that the students caught cheating or bringing disrepute to the school or creating indiscipline or not abiding by school rules can be expelled from the school without any prior notice to the parent
- I/We indemnify the school and its representatives from any litigation or responsibility for the action of the medical practitioner administering treatment to our ward. I/ We also give permission for administration of an anesthetic and surgical medical attention in an emergency
- I/We accept that our child will participate in physical and co-curricular activities at his/her own risk and that the school shall not be liable for any accident or injury sustained by the child. I/We understand that the cover for personal accident or loss of personal possession is our responsibility
- I/We permit our child to travel unaccompanied while going home during vacations/after school or otherwise. I/We shall not hold the school responsible for any consequences faced by the child once he/she leaves the school campus.
- I/We agree that I/we shall not give any expensive material/ watches/ mobile phones/ ornaments/electronic gadgets/cash etc. to my ward, in case any found with my/our ward shall be confiscated and will not be returned.
- I/We agree that my/our ward shall not indulge in any indiscipline and shall obey to all the rules and regulations laid down by the school management, incase of any defaults he shall be liable to face the actions taken against him that shall be decided by the school authorities and I/we will have no objection to it.
- I/We acknowledge that facilities like transport, canteen, mess, smart classes, personality development classes, learning center, swimming, karate, skating etc. are additional facilities provided to my ward and I shall be liable to pay for them. I/we also agree that at any time the school has complete right to partially or completely stop/alter these facilities and I shall have no objection to it.
- I/We agree that we as well as our ward shall abide by all the decisions, rules, regulations and policies framed by the school from time to time and shall be completely responsible in case of any defaults for the same.
- I/we understand that the applicant mentioned in the form is given provisional admission till we fulfill all the admission related formalities and documents asked for by the school authorities.
- I/We agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
- All disputes are subject to Ambala Jurisdiction.

- ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के बाद आपका पंजीकरण नंबर और पासवर्ड उत्पन्न हो जाएगा। आप अपने आवेदन और ऑनलाइन भुगतान को पूरा करने के लिए अपने पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके कैरियर रक्षा स्कूल की वेबसाइट पर लॉग इन कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए, आपको पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड अपने साथ रखना चाहिए जैसे कि पुष्टि पृष्ठ से रंगीन प्रिंट लेना और कार्यालय प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड करना, आदि।

- मैं / हम अपने बच्चे को छुट्टियों के दौरान / स्कूल के बाद या अन्यथा घर जाते समय बेहिसाब यात्रा करने की अनुमति देते हैं। एक बार जब वह स्कूल कैंपस से बाहर निकलता है तो मैं / उसके बच्चे के सामने आने वाले किसी भी परिणाम के लिए स्कूल को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराता।
- मैं / हम सहमत हैं कि मैं / हम अपने वार्ड में किसी भी महंगी सामग्री / घड़ी / मोबाइल फोन / आभूषण / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स / नकदी आदि नहीं देंगे, अगर मेरे / हमारे वार्ड के साथ कोई भी जब्त किया जाएगा और वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
- मैं / हम इस बात से सहमत हैं कि मेरा / हमारा वार्ड किसी भी अनुशासनहीनता में लिप्त नहीं होगा और स्कूल प्रबंधन द्वारा निर्धारित सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेगा, किसी भी चूक के कारण वह उसके खिलाफ की गई कार्रवाइयों का सामना करने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा। विद्यालय के अधिकारियों और मुझे / हमें इससे कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी।
- मैं / हम स्वीकार करते हैं कि परिवहन, कैंटीन, मेस, स्मार्ट क्लास, व्यक्तित्व विकास कक्षाएं, लर्निंग सेंटर, स्विमिंग, कराटे, स्केटिंग आदि सुविधाएं मेरे वार्ड के लिए अतिरिक्त सुविधाएं हैं और मैं उनके लिए भुगतान करने के लिए उत्तरदायी हूं। मैं / हम यह भी मानते हैं कि किसी भी समय स्कूल के पास इन सुविधाओं को आंशिक रूप से या पूरी तरह से रोकने / बदलने का पूर्ण अधिकार है और मुझे इससे कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी।
- मैं / हम सहमत हैं कि हम और साथ ही हमारा वार्ड समय-समय पर स्कूल द्वारा तय किए गए सभी निर्णयों, नियमों, विनियमों और नीतियों का पालन करेगा और किसी भी चूक के लिए पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार होगा।
- मैं / हम समझते हैं कि फॉर्म में उल्लिखित आवेदक को तब तक अनंतिम प्रवेश दिया जाता है जब तक कि हम स्कूल के अधिकारियों द्वारा प्रवेश से संबंधित सभी औपचारिकताओं और दस्तावेजों को पूरा नहीं करते हैं।

- सभी विवाद अम्बाला क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन हैं।
